Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large sliced green pepper
    1 large sliced onion
    1 small minced garlic clove
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 can tomato rice soup
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
    2 c. cooked shrimp
Preparation
    Cook green pepper, onion, garlic clove and shortening in skillet 5 minutes.
    Stir in soup, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and shrimp.
    Heat and serve over rice.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
