Bing Cherry Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small boxes red cherry Jell-O
    2 small cans crushed pineapple
    2 cans Bing cherries, pitted (dark sweet cherries)
    1 c. broken pecans
Preparation
    Open cans of fruit and drain; save 1 1/2 cups of juice from fruit.
    Dissolve Jell-O (both boxes) in 2 cups boiling water in large bowl.
    Add the 1 1/2 cups of juice and let cool in refrigerator until it begins to set.
    Add fruit and nuts and pour into large ring mold.
    Return to refrigerator until firm.
