German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 whole potatoes, boiled and cut into slices
1 stick celery, chopped
2 boiled eggs, chopped
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. pepper
1/2 Tbsp. salt
1/4 Tbsp. dry mustard
6 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
1 chopped onion
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in 1/4 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
hot bacon fat
Preparation

Pour above mixture over potato mixture while hot.
Serve.
