Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large (13 oz.) can Carnation evaporated milk
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
Preparation
    Put Carnation, sugar and chocolate in saucepan.
    Set saucepan on burner and turn heat to low.
    When sauce starts to boil, cook for 15 minutes.
    Stir every 2 to 3 minutes.
    After 15 minutes, take sauce from stove and add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Beat until smooth.
    Makes 2 1/2 cups.
    Great on ice cream.
