Cheesecake #4 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
    2 large (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. lemon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Beat the cream cheese and eggs until light and creamy.
    Add eggs, one at a time; beat well after each addition, then add the sugar, beating until smooth.
    Mix in sour cream, lemon and vanilla.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes,
    or until only a 3-inch circle in center shakes if pan is jiggled.
    Serve at room temperature.
    If made a day in advance, refrigerate.
    Top with Sour Cream Topping.
