Sauerberry Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
1 bottle chili sauce
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 chili bottle water
1 c. dry bread crumbs
3/4 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
1 can whole cranberries
garlic
1 small can sauerkraut
Preparation

Mix together the first 5 ingredients.
Roll in 1-inch balls. Brown lightly; place in baking pan.
Mix together remaining ingredients for sauce.
Heat in saucepan until warm; pour over meatballs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
May also be cooked in crock-pot.
