Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 deboned chicken breasts
    3 c. buttermilk
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    flour
    Crisco
Preparation
    Skin and cut chicken breasts in 6 to 8 pieces.
    Marinate in buttermilk overnight.
    Sprinkle with garlic salt, salt and pepper. Let stand 1 hour.
    Roll in flour to coat.
    Deep fry for 12 minutes.
