Lobster Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced fresh lobster meat
    3 Tbsp. butter
    4 c. scalded milk or 3 c. milk and 1 c. cream
    2 tsp. onion juice
Preparation
    Saute 3 to 4 minutes lobster meat in butter.
    Add slowly milk and onion juice.
    Do not allow to boil.
    Season to taste and serve.
    Makes about 5 cups.
