Oatmeal Scotchies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. oats, uncooked
    1 (12 oz.) butterscotch morsels
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In small bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside.
    In large mixer bowl beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla until creamy. Gradually add flour mixture.
    Stir in oats and morsels.
    Drop by level teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
    Bake 7 to 8 minutes for chewier cookies or 9 to 10 minutes for crispy cookies. Yields 4 dozen.
