Rocky Comfort Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sliced carrots
3 c. diced potatoes
4 c. shredded cabbage
4 c. milk, scalded
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Bring water to boil; add salt and vegetables in order.
boil until tender, 5 to 10 minutes.
Add sugar, pepper and hot milk; mix.
Add butter and serve.
