Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 stick butter
    8 oz. sour cream
    10 oz. Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 bag O'Brien potatoes
Preparation
    Mix sour cream, butter and soup.
    Add potatoes and 1/2 of Cheddar cheese.
    Pour into casserole.
    Sprinkle last of cheese on top.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Uncover and bake until top is brown.
    Mix.
    Will thicken as it sits.
