Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 c. raisins
    1 stick (1/4 lb.) margarine
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 tsp. caraway seed (optional)
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients; add raisins.
    Mix in melted margarine, beaten eggs and buttermilk.
    Mix in caraway seed if used.
    Bake in greased bread pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Reduce to 325\u00b0 and bake 10 minutes, or until pick comes out dry.
