Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 lb. of pork sausage (bulk)
    1 egg
    1/2 c. - 3/4 c. flavored bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. grated cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms, break off stems.
    Mix together in a bowl the remaining ingredients.
    Stuff mushrooms caps with the mixture. Drizzle over them lightly.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25-30 minutes.
