Mexican Hot Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
2 medium chopped onions
2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos
2 cans cream-style corn
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix cornbread mix according to directions.
Mix all other ingredients into mixture.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with cheese.
Bake 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
