Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. roast
    1 c. or can green beans
    1/4 c. tapioca pudding
    1 can or c. sliced carrots
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 can stew tomatoes
    2 cans or c. potatoes
    1 Tbsp. minced onions
Preparation
    Combine roast and drained vegetables in a large, deep pan. Pour stewed tomatoes, including juice, over roast, then sprinkle minced onions, tapioca pudding and brown sugar over the roast. Oven bake for 6 to 12 hours at 250\u00b0 in a conventional oven or a crock-pot.
