Orange-Pineapple Drink - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) carton pineapple low-fat yogurt
    1/2 c. unsweetened orange juice, chilled
    ice cubes
Preparation
    Combine yogurt and orange juice in container of electric blender.
    Process until smooth.
    Slowly add enough ice cubes to bring mix to the 2-cup line.
    Process until smooth and serve. Yields 2 cups (76 calories per 1/2-cup serving).
    Contains 2.3 g protein, 0.5 g fat, 15.8 g carbohydrates, 0 mg cholesterol, 37 mg sodium and 75 mg calcium.
