Spinach-Feta Souffle(Main Dish For 2 To 3) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. low-fat cottage cheese
    4 oz. grated Feta cheese
    10 oz. chopped, cooked spinach (frozen okay)
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs or egg substitute
Preparation
    Mix all items except eggs. Beat eggs until foamy and fold into cheese mixture. Put in souffle dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
