Garlic Chicken Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 tsp. salt
    freshly ground pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 large onion, sliced
    3 large cloves garlic, crushed
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
    4 whole boneless chicken breasts
Preparation
    In a glass or stainless steel bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, oil, salt, pepper and oregano.
    Add the onion, garlic and parsley, mixing well.
    Cut the chicken into large cubes.
    Toss in dressing.
    Let stand for 8 to 10 hours in the refrigerator.
