Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hard boiled eggs-chopped fine
    2 lb. cooked shrimp, dry well and cut in halves
    3/4 cup mayonnaise
    1 and 3/4 Tbsp. of dry minced onion
    6 stalks of celery, chopped fine
    Dash of Beau Monde (if desired)
    Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all of the above, refrigerate approximately four hours and eat!
