Country Steak And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. hamburger
    1 c. milk
    1 c. bread crumbs or 6 to 8 slices white bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of onion soup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Wet bread crumbs with milk; crumble up in meat.
    Mix and pack in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Store in refrigerator overnight.
    Next day, cut in serving pieces and roll in flour.
    Brown in oil quickly. Place in baking dish.
    Cover with the 3 soups and water.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    May add more water if needed.
