Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Drain pineapple.
    Save 3 tablespoons juice.
    Combine sugar and flour, then stir in juice.
    Fold in pineapple and cheese.
    Put in buttered dish.
    Combine melted butter and cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over pineapple mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
