Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium-size head cabbage
2 Tbsp. flour (rounding)
1/4 stick oleo
2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. Velveeta cheese
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
buttered breadcrumbs
Preparation

Cook cabbage until tender (about 20 minutes).
Melt oleo and stir in flour.
Add milk and seasonings.
Cook until thickened. Add cheese and stir until the cheese has melted and blended.
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and place in a buttered casserole.
Pour the sauce over the cabbage and blend well.
Cover with buttered breadcrumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly and brown.
