Hawaiian Sweet Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 sweet potatoes, cooked, peeled and mashed
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    Hawaiian Sauce
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, milk, margarine, brown sugar, salt and pepper.
    Mix until well blended, using mixer set at medium speed.
    In a 9 x 13-inch casserole, alternately layer potato mixture, pineapple and raisins, ending with potato mixture.
    Pour sauce over potato dish. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
