Mince - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean hamburger
    1 (16 oz.) can white potatoes, whole or sliced
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen sliced carrots
    1 (10 oz.) bag diced onions (frozen)
    3 c. water
    1 envelope instant beef broth mix
    2 tsp. light brown sugar
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    1 1/2 tsp. salt (as desired)
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown hamburger in cooking pot.
    Drain off fat.
    Return hamburger to pot and add water and seasoning.
    Bring to a boil. Add vegetables.
    Cover and cook slowly for 30 minutes.
    Lightly thicken with 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch (dissolved).
