Spinach Mushroom Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. fresh spinach
    1/2 to 1 c. Romano cheese, shredded
    8 to 10 large mushrooms, sliced
    fresh ground pepper
    1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
    1/2 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Cut spinach into long thin pieces (like you cut cole slaw). Mix with cheese and mushrooms.
    In separate bowl, mix together balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
    Pour over salad and grind fresh pepper to taste.
    Great when served with garlic bread!
