Vegetable Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
    1 pkg. leaf spinach
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    4 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Partially cook the spinach (1/2 the recommended time).
    Saute onion in butter.
    Combine spinach, artichoke hearts, oil, bread crumbs, onion and cheese in a casserole type dish.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Serves 3 to 4.
