Chicken And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium green peppers, cut into strips
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    lemon wedges
    4 small chicken breasts, boned, skinned and cut into 1-inch pieces
Preparation
    Cook and stir green peppers, onion and garlic in oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until peppers are almost tender.
    Add chicken, salt and pepper.
    Cook and stir until chicken is done, about 8 minutes.
    Serve with lemon wedges. Serves 4.
