Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs, unbeaten
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. raw carrots, grated
1 c. pecans, chopped fine
pinch of salt
Preparation

Cream sugar and oil until fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time. Cream well.
Sift flour, baking powder, salt, soda and cinnamon together.
Mix flour mixture and sugar mixture together.
Fold in carrots and pecans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
