Aunt Jalia'S Light Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 to 1/2 c. shortening, room temperature
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 c. warm milk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water, adding 1 teaspoon of the sugar.
