Beef And Cheese Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
3/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Cook butter and onion.
Combine egg, milk, 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Mix in cornflakes and meat.
Pat meat into a 6 x 10-inch rectangle on a piece of wax paper.
Combine onion, remaining Worcestershire sauce and cheese; spread over meat.
Roll as for jelly roll.
