German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bacon
vinegar
1 onion, diced
2 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
4 or 5 c. sliced, cooked potatoes
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cut bacon in small pieces and fry until crisp.
Remove bacon and measure fat. Add half as much vinegar.
Add onion, parsley, mustard, salt and pepper.
Mix well and heat through.
Pour over potatoes and mix lightly. Cover dish until flavors are blended.
