Poor Boy Chuck - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chuck roast
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 large onions, sliced 1/4-inch thick
1/2 pt. sour cream
horseradish
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Brown chuck roast in hot oil on stove.
Place roast in baking pan; salt and pepper to taste.
Pour cream of mushroom soup from can to top of roast.
Spread.
Separate onion slices into rings. Lay over top of roast.
Cover with tinfoil.
Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 3 hours.
Remove foil.
Mix horseradish to taste with sour cream. Spread over roast (scrape onions off first).
Broil under broiler until bubbly.
Serve with rice or boiled potatoes.
