Snow Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. mashed bananas
    1 c. lemon juice
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. light cream
    6 (32 oz.) bottles Sprite or 7-Up
    1 pt. lemon sherbet
    1/3 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Beat mashed bananas, lemon juice and sugar.
    Chill thoroughly. When ready to serve, put chilled banana mix into punch bowl.
    Pour cream over.
    Slowly pour in Sprite.
    Float spoonfuls of lemon sherbet on punch.
    Sprinkle with coconut.
    Serves 40.
