Savory Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans beef consomme
    1 stick butter or margarine
    2 onions, sliced
Preparation
    Brown rice in butter in skillet.
    Pour into casserole dish; add consomme and sliced onions.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
