Serbian Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 beaten eggs
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 stick margarine
    chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    2 lb. small curd cottage cheese
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained (not cooked)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Keeps warm well or may be frozen and baked later.
