Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. minced onion
3 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 c. chopped almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Saute the onions and celery.
Combine meat and soup.
Add all of the ingredients except the eggs.
Make alternate layers of meat mixture and sliced eggs.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
