Chocolate Bottom Cupcakes(Jesse'S Favorite!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 egg
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine in order, then mix with mixer.
    Fill muffin cups 1/3 full of batter; drop 1 well rounded teaspoon of cream cheese mix in middle.
    Sprinkle top with sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 23 to 25 minutes.
    Makes approximately 18.
