Polish Honey Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 egg yolks
    1 c. sugar
    1 lb. honey
    3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 c. coffee
    2 eggs (whites), beaten stiffly
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Add egg yolks, whole egg and honey.
    Add rest of dry ingredients with coffee.
    When well mixed, fold in egg whites.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven in well-greased tube pan, 50 minutes or until done.
