Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 c. white Karo corn syrup
3 c. salted peanuts
2 tsp. soda
Preparation

You will need a candy thermometer for this one.
Bring sugar, water and corn syrup to boil or 280\u00b0 on candy thermometer.
Stir in peanuts.
Boil to 300\u00b0.
Remove from heat.
Add soda.
STIR QUICKLY!
Then pour in 2 buttered cookie sheets.
Let cool and break up.
Keep in sealed plastic Ziploc bags or a tight-fitting plastic pan with lid or it will get sticky.
