Turkey Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked turkey
    4 slices bread
    1/3 c. water
    1 egg
    1 onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Grind ingredients in food processor.
    Form into patties and fry.
    Also can be shaped into balls and fried as meatballs, then served with gravy.
    A great way to use up leftover turkey!
