Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. summer squash, sliced
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded carrots
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Use a 12 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish. Cook squash and onion in a small amount of salted boiling water for 5 minutes; drain.
    Combine soup and sour cream; stir in carrots.
    Fold in squash and onion.
    Combine stuffing mix and butter.
    Spread 1/2 of stuffing mixture in bottom of pan.
    Spoon vegetable mixture atop.
    Sprinkle remaining stuffing over vegetables; cook, uncovered, 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through.
