Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. oil
    3 to 4 eggs
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Add oil and eggs, one at a time. Stir in carrots
    and nuts.
    Pour into 2 greased pans.
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes
    in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Frost with cream cheese frosting after cooling.
