Easy Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken bouillon cubes
water
any leftover vegetables in your refrigerator (carrots, potatoes, celery, zucchini, squash, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, etc.)
2 small cans tomato sauce
Preparation

Follow directions on chicken bouillon package to determine how many cups of water to add per bouillon cube.
Prepare bouillon and water in a large pot.
Coarsely chop the vegetables and put them in the water along with the tomato sauce.
Bring to a boil and let simmer for about an hour.
If adding potatoes, add them in for about the last 20 minutes.
