Apricot Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can apricots and juice (2 1/2 tall can)
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    3/4 c. oleo or butter
Preparation
    Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder and egg until egg and flour are lumpy. Butter a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Fill with apricots.
    Melt the 3/4 cup oleo or butter.
    Sprinkle flour mixture on top of fruit.
    Pour the butter or oleo over mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
