Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. Quaker grits
    1/2 stick butter
    2 c. (or more)) grated sharp cheese
    3 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Slowly pour the grits into the boiling salted water, stirring constantly until mixed.
    Cook 2 1/2 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    When grits are cooked, add butter, cheese and eggs. Mix well.
    Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 8 to 10.
