Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash or 6 c., sliced
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Slice and steam yellow summer squash.
    Make sauce in large bowl.
    Mix well.
    Add squash and mix.
    Place in casserole/baking dish.
    Top with crumbs; dabs of butter (optional).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
