Turkey And Lentil Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    salad (vegetable) oil
    4 turkey drumsticks (about 3 lb.)
    4 medium sized carrots
    1 large onion
    1 1/2 c. dry lentils
    1 (35 oz.) can Italian plum tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 medium size zucchini (about 8 oz. each)
    1 (15 to 19 oz.) can garbanzo beans
Preparation
    About 2 1/2 hours before serving, in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat in 1 tablespoon hot oil, cook turkey until drumsticks are browned on all sides.
    Remove to a 5-quart Dutch oven.
