Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. summer squash, sliced
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded carrots
1 stick margarine
1 box chicken flavor Stove Top stuffing mix (6 oz.)
Preparation

Steam squash and onion until soft.
Drain and set aside.
Mix soup, sour cream and carrots together and add to squash.
Melt margarine and mix with dry stuffing mix.
Press 1/2 of stuffing mixture into greased baking dish.
Add squash mixture.
Cover with remaining stuffing mix.
Bake 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Use 13 x 9-inch pan.
