Sour Milk Huckleberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. huckleberries
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3/4 c. sour milk
Preparation
    Sift together first 4 ingredients.
    Mix together egg, margarine and milk.
    Blend into dry ingredients until dry particles are just moistened.
    Fold in huckleberries.
    Bake in greased muffin pan at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
