Appetizer Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. fine, dry bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Combine the first 4 ingredients.
    Form into small balls in shallow baking pans.
